If you answered yes to most of these questions, you may have “Generalized Anxiety Disorder”.

Anxiety is a constant, unexplained, uncomfortable feeling of anxiety, as if something bad is going to happen.

The thought that the future is uncertain, unpredictable, and uncontrollable is called “danger” is perceived as such and uncontrollable anxiety occurs.

With anxiety, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, tension and intolerance, muscle pain (especially intense in the head, neck and back area) and sleep problems can often be seen.

When these symptoms continue for at least 6 months and affect the person's life, it is called "generalized anxiety disorder".

"Generalized Anxiety Disorder" is a disease with a lifetime prevalence of 5-7% and is more common in women.

Medications and psychotherapy are effective in treatment.
